Description
We are looking for a talented Social Media Community Manager whose main role will be to manage various social media communication channels/ platforms for assigned brands, develop content ideas and drive community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
- Day to day management of assigned brands social media channels.
- Post relevant and approved content and ensure timely responses to all queries and comments.
- Advice on creative ideas/concepts for current or potential clients that align with their brand’s objectives.
- Respond to community feedback and engagement in a timely manner.
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Design and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and popular culture.
- Experiment with new content formats and platforms to reach new audiences.
- Report on all social media analytics and deliver standard analysis and reporting of day to day posts and campaigns.
- Responsible for the content capture for assigned brands.
- Other duties that may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to by Kapu Digital.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role.
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
- Proficient understanding of Digital tools eg Hootsuite, Hubspot, Eskimi etc.
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for all social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in communication, marketing or any related discipline
